Using the force.com Mobile SDK, we've built SocialForce -- an iPhone & iPad application that provides integration between Salesforce CRM and leading social networks including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. At its heart, SocialForce leverages the force.com Mobile SDK to access data such as Contacts, Accounts and Leads. The app lets you search for your Salesforce contacts, accounts and leads by name. It lets you view all the details for Contacts, Accounts and Leads, you can call or email them directly from the app. And now to the real 'social' part of our app. SocialForce integrates with Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn like no other mobile app has done before. SocialForce also has support for Salesforce Chatter and it lets you create new Chatter posts or choose any of your existing Chatter posts and publish these to your own wall, to specific Chatter users and Chatter groups. That's not all -- SocialForce takes Chatter to new 'social' heights. It lets you publish your Chatter posts to your Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn profiles. You can simply choose which social network you'd like to publish your post on and SocialForce does all the magic for you! The best part -- it even lets you publish your existing Chatter posts to all of these social networks. Built using the latest force.com Mobile SDK, SocialForce gives you full control of your settings for Salesforce, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook accounts.

- After SocialForce is downloaded, you'll see an INSTALL button to the right. Tap on it to start the actual installation of the iOS app.
- Once installation is finished you can tap on the OPEN button to start it. Its icon will also be added to your device home screen.
